Terms and Conditions
1. All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rate.
2. All delivery dates are given in good faith and all efforts will be made to deliver at the stated time. Our company cannot be held liable to the customer for any consequences, whether direct or indirect, of failing to deliver goods by a date or not at all.
3. Claims regarding allegedly damaged, faulty or shortages of goods will not be considered unless we have been informed in writing within seven days of receipt of goods.
4. We will try and maintain the prices on our website but reserve the right to revise prices at any time without notice.
5. Occasionally a products specification from the manufacturer may change, in these instances we will endeavor to offer you a substitute of the same or a better quality for the same price. All sizes and measurements are approximate but correct to the best of our knowledge.
6. Carriage is charged on all orders below £120.00 nett, to the sum of £8.50 plus V.A.T to mainland UK (excluding the Highlands).
7. In the event of goods being damaged in transit, specific details must be noted on the delivery documentation to this effect, it is the customers responsibility to inform us immediately and within seven days written notice. Packaging needs to be saved for us to show to our carriers in order to instigate a claim for the goods being damaged in their transit.The goods will be collected from the customer and returned to ourselves in order for us to ensure replacements are quickly sent out.
8. Goods should not under any circumstances, be returned to us. We require written advice and shall deal with the relevant authorisation to issue a return.
9. We accept no liability for any defect which is due to accident, fair wear and tear, negligent use, tampering, improper handling, improper use, improper operation, improper storage, or any other default on any other party other than us.
10. We shall not be responsible for the suitability of goods supplied by us when used otherwise than in accordance with instructions in writing supplied by us on product labels or other documents.
11. We shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage, nor shall we have any liability when products are used otherwise than in accordance with instructions supplied as previously mentioned.
12. These conditions shall come into force upon our acceptance of your order.
