If you are unhappy with your order you can return the items to us...no quibbles! All we ask is that containers and packs are unopened and returned in their original packaging. Prior to returning the goods we require written advice to this effect within 7 days of the goods being received by the customer. The customer is liable to any carriage charges incurred in returning the goods.
In the event of any goods damaged in transit we need to be advised on the same day in order for us to claim with the carriers insurance and make your order good. We ask that any damaged containers/packaging is held by the customer.
